I advise investors on whether a deal deserves their capital, and how to structure it when it does.

Over the past decade I've underwritten more than $10 billion of commercial real estate and infrastructure across the US, Europe, and the Middle East - ground-up development, value-add acquisitions, and structured credit. My clients are private equity funds, sovereign investors, family offices, lenders and developers who want a senior, independent view before committing capital.

The work often starts with underwriting: institutional-grade models built to be interrogated by an investment committee. But the value is in the judgment behind the numbers - which assumptions actually hold, where the capital stack breaks under stress, what the sponsor isn't telling you, and whether the return justifies the risk. My diligence goes wherever the deal requires, from lease and zoning review to lender terms and tenant credit.

On the structuring side, I design waterfalls and promote frameworks, align GP/LP incentives, and sit at the table in negotiations with debt and equity partners. I prepare offering memoranda and committee materials built to move capital, not just describe deals.

I hold an MSc from London Business School and began my career in management consulting, advising on large-scale infrastructure across the Middle East.
