 I specialize in institutional-quality underwriting and due diligence of commercial real estate investments across real estate asset classes for both ground up developments and acquisitions of existing assets. Financial modeling is at the core of my work which I complement with the broader due diligence required to make confident investment decisions.

This includes zoning analysis, lease audits, opex & capex reviews, tenant credit assessments, market comparables, rent roll analysis, tenant interviews, lender reviews among other items.  I evaluate not only the numbers, but also the assumptions, risks, and operational realities — delivering analysis and recommendations in a form that investment committees and capital partners trust.

I partner with Real Estate Private Equity Funds, Developers, Family Offices, and individual investors to provide structured, data-driven diligence and decision-ready underwriting reports. Alongside the above, I prepare offering memoranda, investment decks, and committee memos designed to meet institutional standards and support capital raising. Ultimately, I actively participate in negotiations with debt and equity partners where the stakes are highest.
